This Privacy Policy explains how Ads Mavericks LLC ("we", "us", "Ads Mavericks") collects, uses, stores and protects information in connection with our internal advertising analytics application, Creative Analytics (the "Application"), available at ads-mavericks.com.

The Application is an internal business tool. It is not offered to the general public and is used only by our own employees and contractors to review the performance of advertising campaigns operated by our company.

2. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information of authorised users. Name, work email address and assigned role of employees and contractors who are granted access to the Application.

• Advertising performance data. Campaign, ad group, ad, creative asset and metric data (impressions, clicks, cost, conversions, conversion value and similar) retrieved from advertising accounts that we own or manage.

• Creative and landing page content. Advertising creatives, headlines, descriptions, destination URLs and automatically generated screenshots of publicly accessible landing pages used in our own campaigns.

• Technical logs. Sign-in events, actions performed inside the Application, timestamps and error information, kept for security and audit purposes.

The Application does not collect personal data of consumers, does not process payment card data and does not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.

3. Google user data

The Application accesses advertising data through the Google Ads API using credentials authorised by our own Google Ads manager account. Specifically:

• We read campaign, ad, creative asset and performance metrics from advertising accounts under our management.

• Where enabled, we may update the status, budget, bidding targets and labels of campaigns and ads within those same accounts.

• We do not access Gmail, Google Drive, Google Contacts or any other Google user data beyond the advertising data described above.

4. How we use the information

• To display advertising performance and creative assets to authorised internal users.

• To calculate performance metrics such as cost per acquisition, return on ad spend and profitability.

• To manage the campaigns and ads in our own advertising accounts.

• To control access, maintain an audit trail and investigate security incidents.

We do not use this information for automated decision-making that produces legal effects concerning individuals, and we do not use it for any purpose unrelated to operating our own advertising activity.

5. Legal basis

Where the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, we process the limited personal data described above on the basis of our legitimate interests in operating and securing our internal business systems, and, in relation to our personnel, on the basis of the employment or contractual relationship.

6. Sharing and service providers

We do not sell, rent or trade information. We share information only with service providers that host or process it on our behalf, under contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations:

• Google LLC — source of advertising data through the Google Ads API.

• Squarespace domains LLC — application hosting.

• Google LLC — database, authentication and file storage.

We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

7. International transfers

Information may be stored and processed in the European Union and in other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, such transfers are carried out under appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.

8. Data retention

Advertising performance data is retained for as long as it remains useful for historical reporting, and in any case no longer than 24 months. User account records and audit logs are retained for the duration of the working relationship and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal and security obligations. Data is deleted or anonymised once these periods expire.

9. Security

Access to the Application requires individual authentication, and each user can only view data belonging to the advertising accounts assigned to them. Access rights are enforced at the database level. Credentials and API keys are stored as encrypted environment secrets on the server and are never exposed to end users. All connections use encryption in transit. Access is revoked immediately when a person leaves the organisation.

10. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, to object to or restrict its processing, and to request data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@ads-mavericks.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

11. Children

The Application is a business tool intended solely for adult professionals. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The revised version will be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated to authorised users of the Application.
