These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Creative Analytics (the "Application"), an internal advertising analytics application operated by Ads Mavericks LLC ("we", "us", "Ads Mavericks"). By accessing the Application you agree to these Terms.

1. Internal use only

The Application is an internal business tool. Access is granted solely to employees and contractors of Ads Mavericks LLC who have received an explicit invitation from an administrator. The Application is not offered, sold or licensed to the public, and no self-service registration is available.

2. Accounts and access

• Each authorised user receives an individual account and must not share credentials with anyone.

• Users may access only the advertising accounts and data assigned to them by an administrator.

• Users must notify us immediately at contact@ads-mavericks.com of any suspected unauthorised access.

• We may suspend or revoke access at any time, in particular when a working relationship ends.

3. Acceptable use

When using the Application, you agree not to:

• Access, copy or export data that is not required for your work duties.

• Disclose data obtained through the Application to any third party without written authorisation.

• Attempt to bypass authentication, access controls or rate limits.

• Use the Application in a manner that breaches the terms or policies of any advertising platform, including the Google Ads API Terms and Conditions and Google Ads policies.

• Use the Application for any unlawful purpose.

4. Advertising platform data

The Application retrieves data from, and where enabled makes changes to, advertising accounts owned or managed by us, through the Google Ads API. All such use is subject to the applicable platform terms, including the Google Ads API Terms and Conditions. Handling of data received through Google APIs is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Actions taken through the Application

Where the Application permits changes to advertising campaigns, such as pausing an ad or adjusting a budget, those changes take effect in the corresponding advertising platform. Users are responsible for the actions they perform. All actions are recorded in an audit log together with the identity of the user who performed them.

6. Intellectual property

The Application, including its source code, interface and underlying data, is the property of Ads Mavericks LLC. No licence or right is granted other than the limited right to use the Application for internal business purposes during the term of your working relationship with us.

7. Confidentiality

All information available through the Application, including campaign performance, creative assets and financial results, is confidential information of Ads Mavericks LLC. The obligation to keep it confidential continues after access is revoked and after the working relationship ends.

8. Availability

The Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time. Reported figures depend on data supplied by third-party advertising platforms and may be delayed, restated or incomplete.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ads Mavericks LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of profit, revenue or data, arising from the use of or inability to use the Application.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Application after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Ukraine.
